Parish Council

The Parish Council consists of six members who serve three-year terms. Two replacement members are elected each year by adult members of the parish from candidates solicited by the departing members.

Traditionally the council has three men and three women representing various age segments.
The council serves to set and implement parish policies as advisors to the pastor.

Typically, the council also plans the annual fall parish picnic and the winter parish appreciation dinner, produces the parish directory every several years, hosts occasional coffee and donut breakfast and, perhaps most importantly, serves as a conduit for parishioners to bring concerns and ideas.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee aids the pastor by its advice and counsel in the administration of the temporal affairs of the parish.

The committee consists of five parishioners who oversee the parish operating budget, complete annual parish reporting to the Diocese, oversee the Annual Diocesan Appeal within the parish and advise the pastor regarding parish investments, operations and finances.
